Revision to Installing and Updating Firmware

* Erase the firmware on the Duet 2 by either:
** Pressing the '''Erase''' button for pcb revisions 1.03 or earlier
** Jumpering the erase jumper for pcb revisions 1.04 and later.

* Jumpering the erase jumper for pcb revisions 1.04 and later.
* Remove the erase jumper as soon as the Diag LED lights up. This means you are successfully in programming mode.
