If you need to use 12V fans but your VIN is 24V, and24V and all your fans are 12V12V, then on the Duet Wifi and Duet Ethernet you can do this:

If you use the I-1 parameter in the m106 command fortfor a fanfan, then the fan is disabled,disabled which frees up the pin for use as a general purpose I/O pin that can be controlled using M42.
