you basically need a bitmap editor of 12864s that will ouput a hex string. paste this hex string into a hex editor; this is the image data. However, if you read you’ll see you also need to specify the size of the image. That’s what the first two bytes are for.
So: <first two bytes> <image data> in hex.
I came up with a method to do it, but I don’t have it documented. I no longer work for the company that I co-designed this board with.
I see that the format of the binary image is defined above, but I am unsure how to represent each byte. I’ve tried doing some manual tests with data in a byte array, a delimited string of bytes, and quite a few other methods. Could we get a very simple example file of the way an image should be formatted for use on the Duet Maestro + 12864?
