does it work with microPlyer for all given step settings?
e.g. in config.g: 8 mirco-steps set, microPlyer enabled:
then when executing moves by the (adaptive) microPlyer automatically interpolated to up to 256micro-steps

I think you just put “M558 P0” in your “config.g” and uncomment “M401 ; deploy Z probe” & “M402 ; retract probe” by putting a “;” in front of it in your “bed.g“. At least that is how manual probing for me works pretty good! Be sure to have your probing points arranged in clockwise order for the system.
Can somebody please elaborate on the connection of the variables to the definition within M302?

In what “width” can the current for the steppers be adjusted: in 100mA steps? E.g. for a stepper with 2.4A(RMS) driving it with ca. 85% it is possible to adjust 2040mA?

How big should the 5Vdc supply be: 500mA or better 1000mA. Is a linear transformer better or a switching supply? (Is it correct to connect with a thick cable the 0V/GND of the VAC/24Vdc and VAC/5Vdc supplys to each other, so that they have the “same” GND-Level?)
