I have a switch on the z stop of the Duet Wifi board. I can home Z with it. Tried to do bed leveling G32 and got these errors. I had set no Z probe with M558 P0 H5 F120 T6000 since I was not using the Z probe connector on the board.
G32Error: in file macro line 9:
G30: Z probe 0 not found Error: in file macro line 10:
G29: Z probe 0 not found
So I though I just have to define a probe that uses the switch on the Z Stop.
M558 K0 P4 C2 H2 F120 T6000 ;P4 use switch for probing. C2 is endstop 2 which I think is Z stop, H2 is start height for bed level routine, F probe speed, T travel speed.
No luck. Still getting errors. I’ll try moving the switch from Z stop to Probe Z on board next.
If you have firmware version older than 1.19bla bla then docs seem to say you use the S“NetworkName” method buuuuuut it still makes everything caps when I looked with M587. I also tried the S”N’e’t’w’o’r’k'N’a’m’e” method but still no. Finally just changed my SSID to all caps and got rid of password on my router and boom, connected. Ugh. Now upgrade firmware such that I can enter lowercase user/pass for wifi and change router back. That is where I’m at. I have an older board that has never been updated.
